We offer a full suite of inventory management and product fulfilment services.

Utilising our Inventory Management System, our clients stock is managed and monitored from product receipt, bin location storage to product order dispatch providing full inventory visibility. Alternatively, we use our clients Inventory Management System to manage all product and order dispatches.

We provide product fulfilment/pick and pack services for both serialised and non-serialised products. We understand the importance of flexibility to meet market demands and work with our clients to ensure fast turnaround of order dispatches. We work with our clients to execute product launches and channel fill on time.

In addition, we offer EDI solutions to meet the needs of large retail channel order and delivery requirements.

Distribution

Our client’s products are distributed via our transport partners nationally. We deliver to all major and independent retailers through to direct to consumer.

Full tracking of consignment notes is provided from pick up to delivery. Proof of Deliveries is accessible online to ensure fast and visible tracking.

Alternatively, we use our clients transport vendor to manage national distribution.

Reverse Logistics

Our reverse logistics returns process ensures any product recall or product refresh is returned back to the warehouse ready for rework or destruction. We will work with you to implement the product returns process to ensure returns are tracked and processed to meet your unique requirements.
